1. Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive for high-strength cement and concrete, especial for Calcium Aluminate Refractory Cement and Refractory Concrete.

Our Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive can increase water-reducing ratio 20%-30%, can increase compressive strength (1 day) 45 to 100% at 20 degree C, within 3 days can reach 70% of benchmark concrete (without adding Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive) compressive strength (28 day), can increase compressive strength 30 to 50% at 28 day.

After using Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive, the performances of tensile strength, breaking strength, permeability resisting, frost resistant, capability of bonding steel bar, carbonization resisting, are improved effectively.

Using Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into steam-cured concrete, demoulded strength can be increase 40% or more. After steam-cured, the concrete strength at 28day can be increased about 20%, the steaming period can be reduced 1/3 or the temperature can be debased about 20 degree C.

When mixing Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into the cement, and not increasing the water quantity, the slump constant of concrete can be increased from 2-5cm to 15-25cm, and the strength does not fall.

When using Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into Calcium Aluminate Cement to make refractory concrete, clearly to increase the concrete strength at high temperature, and there is no any blight for the concrete.

Recomonded Quantity:
Generally 0.5 to 1.0% of cement weight;
For high-strength concrete, 0.8 to 1.2% of cement weight.

2. Water-reducing Reinforcing Agent for high-strength Land Plaster & Gypsum Products.

Compared with ordinary melamine type Water-reducing Agent, our Water-reducing Reinforcing Agent can increase water-reducing ratio 15%-20%, and dry strength and wet strength of gypsum both can be increased 30%-200%.

After mixing our Water-reducing Reinforcing Agent into the gypsum, compared with mixing traditional melamine type Water-reducing Agent, the viscosity of gypsum slurry is smaller, solid content is higher, and it is more better for construction, keeping-water and fluidity.

Our Water-reducing Reinforcing Agent also has the common characteristics as traditional melamine type Water-reducing Agent, for example non air-entrainment, good steam-cured adaptability, no slow-setting action for gypsum, no rusting and corroding for reinforcing steel bar, innocuity, no pollution.

It is suitable for making high-strength land plaster, building land plaster of bigger water-requirement in standard consistence, special for chemical land plaster and its goods.

Recommended mixed quantity: 0.2 to 0.6% of land plaster weight.
