1. Rapid-setting Additive for Portland Cement(Type PCS-I).

Also named Flash Setting Admixtures for Shotcrete
Recommended Quantity: 3 to 5% of cement weight.
After mixing the Rapid-setting Additive,
setting time of cement slurry with standard consistence: initial setting 3-8 minutes, final setting 8-15 minutes.
compressive strength of cement mortar: 8Mpa Min(1d), not less than the grade strength (28d).

2. Rapid-setting Additive for portland cement & concrete products(Type PCS-II)

Rapid Setting Additive with type PCS-II is mainly used in making cement products for example cement brick, cement board, cement tube, craftworks, europe style decorative products, etc. It is also used in other ordinary construction.  It can be suitable for Portland Cement series including Ordinary Portland Cement, White Portland Cement, Sulfate Resistant Portland Cement, etc.

Recommended Mixed Quantity: 0.5 to 6% of cement weight.

3.Rapid Setting Additive for CSA Cement and High Alumina Cement

Supplying Rapid Setting Additive for CSA Cement and High Alumina Cement. Only little mixed quantity of Rapid-setting Admixture can make the water-reducing ration to 5-15%, greatly shortening the setting time of GRC products and concrete of CSA Cement or High Alumina Cement (Calcium Aluminate Cement). At the same time, it does not depress the grade strength of cement. On the contrary it will make the cement and concrete more rapid harden and more better early strength.

Recommended Quantity: 0.5 to 5% of cement weight.

8Mpa Min(1d), Grade Strength Min(28d).

Setting Time of Cement (CSA Cement, Standard Consistence, Net Cement Slurry):

initial time 5-10 minutes, final time 15-20 minutes.
